Personal Philosophy
“If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” — Krishnamacharya
Yoga is for everyone.
My primary goal is for the student’s body and mind to feel like their home - a place of comfort and freedom.
Together as student and teacher, I believe we can assemble a set of tools to tap into your body’s individual needs through asana, connect the body and breathe through pranayama and meditation, and thus, calm the mind in the fast-moving world around us.
Schedule a Private.
Whether you’re a beginner focusing on the fundamentals, a well-practiced yogi looking to focus on building a deeper practice, or an individual looking to have customized sequences, private sessions can be immensely beneficial.
